How billing works
Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe at the single price shown at checkout. Charges recur automatically until you cancel — there are no long-term contracts or lock-ins.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, no questions asked:
- Open the Stripe billing portal via "Manage / restore" on the site and cancel the subscription there.
- You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancellation is not automatically a refund
Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not by itself refund the current billing period — you've paid for that period and you keep access to it. If you believe the current charge should be refunded, ask us directly (below).
Requesting a refund
Email [CONTACT_EMAIL], ideally from the email address you used at checkout, and tell us briefly what went wrong. Refund requests are considered within this window: [DECISION: refund window].
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Stripe submits the refund promptly, but banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
